I am a mature student at a local college and have been suffering from depression and high anxiety. This book has opened my eyes to a lot of difficulties I have been facing in the "Back to School Environment" as well as offering hope and logical solutions to these problems. I highly recommend this book if you believe your having memory problems.

The only thing the sample has is copyright information!

What's the point of having a sample of the book if it only shows 16 pages of the table of contents and publishers copyright information? What I did gather from the demo though is that its clearly not a 'made for digital' ebook; looks more like a copy-and-paste from Word than a digital version of the printed book
