    ...not for the nutritional advice. Good lord, the guy claims that Greek yogurt is "high in fibre". I just checked the carton of Greek yogurt in my fridge. Fibre content = ZERO. Same sort of nonsense that Tosca Reno of Eat Clean fame espouses: she believes that sea salt is so much more nutritious than regular table salt. Perhaps - if you eat a cup of it at a time. I hate it when genuinely nutritious food is peddled with so much BS attached to it. It's not necessary.
